I'm a car guy myself, I can be pretty anal about the work I do, and have restored a few cars myself. I personally don't like FWD cars, so most imports are just an appliance to me. I can't get passionate about them and will never understand FWD drag racing. So I can understand where Josh is coming from in his opening remarks. I've made the same comments about people who have over restored classic cars, sinking $75k into a car that would never fetch more than $20k.

That being said, the guy does do excellent work. That car is super straight and the paint is super flat too. Owning a body shop and having the parts hookup didn't hurt, but either way its what he wanted. I personally want to do some things to certain cars that people will call me crazy for doing. But then again I don't care, my car, my time, my $. I just hope my next one will turn out half as nice as that appliance with the Honda badge.
