Looks like something I did aged ~12, only worse. I remember those mini-fridges too, we used to sell them at Woolworths when I worked there many moons ago; over priced brightly coloured crap, no wonder Woolies went bust...

In any ways, I think I can solder better than that...

I only got into r/c aged about 14-15, and they only gave us a few lessons on basic soldering and circuitry at school, everything else is self-taught as such ( explains alot, but I can do bullet connectors really well now ).
