I decided even the softest Jato springs weren't soft enough, so I tried out some new shocks. They are Hot Racing 100mm air shocks. Usually stay away from HR stuff, but heard these were OK. They had quite a bit of stiction out of the box, so I removed one o-ring from each and lubricated them with SuperLube PTFE grease. Now they are butter smooth. Firm springs in front, medium in rear. Articulation improved a lot.
