We have also heard that all newer Traxxas brushed systems since around December/January have been shipping with a lipo cut off esc! We believe if you have the older ESC it fill goto green when turned on, but if you have a newer one with lipo cut off it will go to red. Don’t hold us to that.. I don’t want anyone frying their Lipo’s.. wait for the official press release or till we can get more info.

To go along with their new battery line, Traxxas now has the EQ-Peak Plus 6Amp fast charger. It will be able to handle LiPo, LiFE, NiMH and NiCD. It will come with a lipo charging bag and balancer all for around $100!
I wonder what prices and performance will be like, and what the name on the actual cells is...

Hasn't someone already filled the Overpriced/Underperform/Good "Customer Service"/ Heavily Advertised niche?

For my money, I at least want some flame stickers on them so I know they are fast.

The charger looks just like my Hobby King Eco 200amp charger.

This should be interesting.

My guess is that these are Venom packs with a Traxxas sticker.

6 amp fast charger. Charge your 1s 1500mah pack in only 15 minutes

Maxamps is so screwed.. Packs for Traxxas noobs are probably 80% of their market. Now Traxxas noobs will go straight to the Traxxas source. This is awesome!

I never thought of it that way, I really think you are on to something here! Unless of course MA is making them for Traxxas, but with the price MA charges for stuff I highly doubt it, there would just be no room for markup

In the second pic, up on the shelf, is a few rolls of flame stickers. I want those stickers! I could make some serious $$$$$ on ebay putting those stickers on Turnigy lipos!
