My suggestion: get a truggy and be done with it. I gave up on my ERBE and it is now my kids toy. I got me an MBX6T and converted it to a BL setup. Even though I've tried to destroy something I haven't. Only thing that I've managed to brake was a plastic spur but that was due to my own error for using a motor screw that was too short.

Advice taken, I was able to get a 1yr old 8ight t 2.0 with the electric conversion for $250. Its been used for 1yr and in immaculate shape, no slop, very little wear etc etc. Now, I'm going to be running my MMM along with the neu 2200kv motor (have spare).

Questions:

- Is there a "must do" mod for this truggy to increase durability?
- What is the best bang for buck servo I should buy?
- Will the buggy body fit on the 2.0 t frame?
- Can I use my 3.2 rulux with 1/2 " off set along with mounted badlands mounted on them? Or should I stick to the truggy tire/wheel combo?

Congrats on your new toy!

- Is there a "must do" mod for this truggy to increase durability? Not familiar with the Losi but my guess would be shim the diffs! That's the one thing I know that's recommended for the 6T. Also get the DE Racing skids! http://www.deracing.net/store/index....ory&path=92_96
- What is the best bang for buck servo I should buy? I'm using a Savox 1256TG. It's in the range. There are several others in that price range that will fit your needs.
- Will the buggy body fit on the 2.0 t frame? No idea really :)
- Can I use my 3.2 rulux with 1/2 " off set along with mounted badlands mounted on them? Or should I stick to the truggy tire/wheel combo? You can but AFAIK all truggies already are ½" off set and use 0 off set wheels. I've tried my Rulux ½" off set on my 6T and it looks really weird.

I use both truggy wheels and Losi Super Bolt-Ons (40 series wheel). I really like the Super Bolt-Ons for bashing. Tons of grip and even though they're a 40 series tire they aren't super heavy. I can weigh both my truggy wheels and the Super Bolt-Ons if you're interested.

It looks like the 8ight 2.0 t E uses plastic diff cases and cups, this is where I get nervous. Should I be?

As for the servo's, I know Savox essentially is Align servos (align just rebrands them....I fly heli's too and been happy with their larger servos). In which case, which Align (savox) is it? DS610, DS620 or DS650 the reason is, I have them mounted on my Trex 550 fbl. I can swap back and forth for now until i find the best solution. WOuld be good to use this line, since the parts would be interchangeable with my heli. I like these servos, they've been hassle free for me (except the smaller 410).

Wow, 40 series tires on your truggy! Crazy, no issues with bent dog bones or drive shafts? ARe you running 4s or higher? Thanks so much for your support, I went to the track and almost everyone voiced the same concerns that you did previously. You have been steering me in the right direction where on the Trx website.....ughhh, I don't want to talk about it, spent waay too much money on my erbe. Still like it, but it will only see 3s. I refuse to put more money into that thing.
