I'm stuck in a waiting game for the production version, the magnets are getting hard to buy.


You will want to adjust the timing in extremely small increments. 1 degree of mechanical timing is 5 degrees of electrical timing if your motor is 10 pole pair. I would think you have another issue though, maybe a hall out of position a bit or a bad overall position for the sensors. If anything your timing is likely too advanced if you can roll through the throttle and have no issues.
