Also, let me know when you are ready to upgrade - I have a new, converted mbx6 MSpec buggy that I used for trade shows for sale. It has never been run. :)

Hey....thanks for Chiming in Mike! Every time I have a question and it gets answered....a light goes off in my head that says " I knew that.....and totally forgot it!" hehe.

Good to know you guys have the pinion gears here....as I'll get some ordered up along with that battery tray. As far as the Mugen goes....I "could" be interested , but I have one of my fellow MX buddies who owns the local bike shop...just get a "great planes" distributorship and he's cutting all us riding guys a break on stuff. I'm kind of committed in getting an MBX6 from him with a Tekin RX8 / 2050 motor combo for $700.00.....which is a pretty good savings I guess. BUT....you are more than welcome to post a pic of that bad boy....I may change my mind hehe.

FYI Harold is me, _paralyzed_ is Harold

Those tekin systems are the bees knees. Sensored as opposed to Castle's non-sensored stuff. A little more expensive. Are sensors necessary? Not really. They only really help getting off the line, or super super slow driving. I run Castle stuff because of the slight price break. If I had a little more cash I would definitely own a tekin setup, it's cool technology and I love the looks.

Mike is into riding too. He's got an electric dirt bike

Good luck man. Please share pics as you make progress.

Thanks Harold! I will for sure. This place has always been my " Brushless HQ"...so I'll keep it that way. And the MX thing....I have been racing on and off for about 30yrs. I ran a big indoor arenacross track for 4yrs and used to train kids and adults the in's and out's of racing and so forth.I originally got into RC because I needed to do something after a bad wreck I had.....and the RC thing kind of stuck...for a while. Started riding again 2yrs ago.....and still will.....just wanted to get back into the 1/8th scale racing/driving thing again....kind of missed it.
