A centered motor would be up pretty high - it also wouldn't have the support leg. It could be done, but would be best if it was a tweaked design(offset the input shaft, for instance).

No problem to add Chris to the list - The uprights are programmed and hopefully will be cut today. With any luck, The motor mounts and support will be done tomorrow - maybe shaft spacers, too.
