With 4 cells, a 1350kv motor will only spin around 20k RPM, that seems a little low and will probably result in high currents.
For long runtime, I'd go with 6s cells. The largest ones you can fit in there. Keep in mind, 6s 6000 is the same amount of energy as 4s 9000.
6s 5000 = 22.2V * 5Ah = 111 Watt hours
4s 9000 = 14.8V * 9Ah = 133 Watt hours
6s 6000 = 22.2V * 6Ah = 133 Watt hours
Don't gear it too high and use the current limiter of your Tekin to make it driveable on 6s.
