Hey man!!!

Hope all is well.

I am trying to get things updated on this conversion, I had some kind of weirdo crash on my CNC software and lost all my tool offsets, have to spend a half the day tomorrow rebuilding all my tool definitions and then updating my code so I can cut some more parts.

Probably won't get to the delrin stuff yet....

How is your buggy going?

I had one crash a few months back, who knew a backup would be so handy.. (if i was smart enough to make one.....)

Yeah it was time to upgrade the software anyhow.

I had to spend a few hours rebuilding all of my tool and fixture profiles but I think it is pretty much done now.

Will post pics of the locking hubs and alu motor mounts shortly.

You do have to use a knife to cut away a little bit of the plastic flange on the gear but this takes a minute to do.

That looks really nice! Your way for adjusting the gear mesh is awesome! Nice finish too.

Haven't posted in a while, just thought I'd put up a pic with the lid on it...

Been having a lot of fun with the machine, handles great and is fast as hell.

Working on a center mount scheme for the motor and pack mounts on each side.

Lots of bashing, no probs yet (maybe a little ESC thermalling after long runs) :D

Looks nice! You mentioned a shot tumbled finish before in a previous post; do you have any pics yet?
