That is actually great news. If I program my esc to have no reverse then I shouldn't have the full reverse problem. I wonder if the lvc is also causing the interference problem.

Well right before my esc went up in smoke. I had to reprogram my esc when put the lvc on it. It was very weird though cause I was out jumping it over a wagon. It acted like it only had like part throttle. Some landings it would start to run like a wild thing. It would do back flips on demand. I reprogrammed it and it would run like the wild thing. :D But it was very strange.

Peace!

I'll bet that this LiSaver issue has to do with its use in airplanes. With a stick radio in an airplane, the throttle all the way down means that the motor gets no power. In a car, this translates to full reverse. If you have reverse disabled on your controller, then it will just slam on the brakes instead, which wouldn't be nearly as bad.

Thanks for clearing this up, Coolhand!

Metalman, sounds sensible. I think you're right.

Last nighit I was able to get the FMA AVC1AIR working with my brushless setup. When it hits LVC, it cuts power to the motor, but lets the motor coast. It is what one would call a "hard cutoff" in that it does not reduce the motor RPM. If you want to read in depth about what I wrote for my testing, read here.
