Easiest/quickest way to build an e-REVO?

First off, CVD's aren't a must on the Revo. The stockers are plenty strong enough. There are plenty of chargers to charge both types of batteries as well. My charger, E-Station 701, is a VERY good charger that charges NiMh, NiCad, LiPos, and Lead Acids. And for the price (~200), you can't beat it...
