Is there a way you can take some pics? It sounds like your pillow balls are too far out still, but if your cvd's are not binding, then the pillow's should be set. Can you tell me what bulks you have? CVD's? Are you using the stock turnbuckles?
Also, by inwards, i'm assuming you mean the front end of the tire going towards the chassis right? Toed in?
