For torque, you want a higher turn(T). Lower turns yield more speed but less torque, and vice versa. Sounds like you could use better packs too-this makes a huge difference. If you're gonna run 6-cells, just get some of the gp3300's at radioshack, it's the best deal for 6-cell packs you'll ever find.
