Good job! Loose wheelnuts is usually the cause of the stripped wheels. I locktite mine and check them before every heat.

I did'nt have them locktited but i did have them double nuted. I think part of the problem was they are the stock revo wheels and the flex real bad.

I've got good experiences with glueing the hex in the rim. (or use RPM wheels, they are very tough).

serum i've heard of people doing that but i cant because i use ue cvds and the metal hex is keyed to the cvd. I guess i'll just get the new proline 23mm wheels with the dace mfg hexes. They sound like they are almost industructable. Luckly i got my panther pythons un glued from the rims and i'll remount them.

Yeah, the Revo wheels are prone to strip. I have stripped a couple myself.

The Revo wheels strip easily, and the TRX Response tires get ripped open easy too :W:

Next time I'll get some alu rims with 40 bow ties. But I think I'll stay with plastic hex hubs.

We live and learn, don't we?
