I have got a life-like imagination, don't bother making a drawing. get to know a cad program, so you can actually design it. It's more efficient to put time in that.
I do have got the dimensions you are looking for, but they are not for an e-maxx using skids, so it would take about the same amount of time to calculate from there.
What you need to do is this; draw the bulkheads of a maxx, from there you can calculate/see all the sizes you need. I do this with solid modeling software, and it's the best way to do so.
