Yeah, I know...

Though Ryan hasn't got a diff, it is a slipper only.

I am the one he discussed it with, it was an idea I had rather long. and then i saw the truck of Promod. centerdiffs rock...

Some one put a diff inside a tranny. I don't think it was an emaxx tranny. I believe it was a tmaxx or revo tranny. It is around this forum somewhere. I look for it and edit If i find it.

EDIT
I found the thread. It was star scream.

Are you puttin it in a emaxx. Kind of like star scream. I like that the gears are covered up. Keep us up to date mike. I like to try one of these.

It will be designed around the e-maxx/E revo, but I hope to make some adapters to allow placing it into other vehicles(like conversions) as well.

I would be interested in one of these mike. Keep us up to date please. I am curious about the center diffs but hate to run the gears exposed.

I had that thought initially as well, but I think it would be tricky(ok, a PITA) to tune the diff. I am trying to get a design that allows easy access to the center diff.

Could you get fast lane on one of the tranny sides to put like a access plate. Then you could take it off and get to the diff. Just a thought. YOu could sell the Half for the gmaxx and that half together for a complete tranny. Just a thought. I not so worried about access as just to have a diff.

It will be cheaper most likely to design a case similar to the FLM case that houses a custom center diff(already thought of a design and a custom diff for it). I actually have a couple design ideas that I am working on. Once I get a working prototype of one of the designs, I will post some pictures and info.
