Thanks guys...Sylvester, yep that sounds like my vid! It scared the heck outta me too when I did it lol.:026:

Coolhand...well I haven't done a proper test run yet but I got the chance to just take it out for 5 minutes on the road in front of my house to try it. There wasn't much room so I couldn't get up to any sort of speed, but WOW. Although I didn't get it above 30, the responsiveness was noticeable straight away! I have punch control set on 100%, along with motor timing on the lowest. Start power is medium. Whenever I was even slightly aggressive on the throttle, the front wheels would be scrabbling for traction (although it was damp on the road). Then I plucked up the courage and hit full throttle for about 1.5 secs from a standstill; the truck lifted the front wheels right off the ground and flipped over backwards! I know that's nothing unusual with brushless but given the VERY low CG of my truck, the 16 cells, 100% punch control and that it was done by one 5700 motor...I was pretty amazed! After the run the rear motor was warm, front a bit cooler (forgot to use my temp gun), and the transmission seems fine; that's what I worried about the most.

I didn't get a vid of this run, but maybe I'll be able to get my friend to do one tomorrow afternoon, in the dry, and in a wide open area. I can't wait! :)
