Congrats!
Hopefully this will sway GD to switch his nitro demon into a brushless demon :)
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Congrats jolly, although I still prefer the XB8, the 8ight is a very nice buggy/truck. Very well laid out and LIGHT. I can tell you from experience, your choice of controller and an 8XL or similar motor will make it a demon on the track.

I am with you jolly. Ordered the 8t on thursday and just waiting for mike to finish up the conversion kit. Then I will order a neu 1515 2.5d and set it up. The only things I have to figure out is what gearing it will need and if I should order another mamba or just take the one from my buggy until the MMM is released.

Gixxer, what do you mean waiting for Mike to finish up the kit? He's assembling it for you?

no he is working on a motor mount and the battery tray. he is doing one for himself and will put the mount in the store when done. Jolly and myself are just waiting for that so we finish the trucks.
the 8t actually comes as a race roller.

an xt8 would be my favorite actually, but i dont see a way around the steel spur.
other then making an adaptor for the ofna 51t spur.
i didnt really want that, 46t is big enough, it gives nice gearing range.
the 8-t was my second choice, mugen close third.
there is always time to do other vehicles later on.
the 8-t is easy, mike is doing one for himself and will put all the parts in the store. motor/diffmount and battery holders.
