15 minutes, that's precisely what i was expecting from them. I also have some 1/8 tires that I'd like to run, sure are a lot more zippy than truck tires!

What are ppl getting with a 7XL with 8000mah LiPo's?

Lots of heat. LOL. Just kidding. When running on the track, geared conservatively, I can get around 30 minutes, if I take it easy and drive conservatively.

hey guys thatnks for the input. my needs are about 16-17 min run time and about 35-45 mph for racing. i think the 5s system sounds correct with the lower amp draw, but has the extra weight involved. has anyone used the limn batteries? how do they fair under extreme conditions?

can you recommend a short can for the crt.5, i would like to use saddle packs?

theoretically, if one battery can supply an amp draw of 42A, then two in a parallel should double the capacity and can supply 84A?

lastly, i see a bunch of guys using some angled carbon fiber, where can i get this stuff from?

thank again
jim
