If you have some wheels without tires that helps to get accurate settings. You can do a simple check... measure the width at the front and rear of the wheels to get a base idea. This is a good way to get it set to 0 degrees....

Rear: One deg toe in would be about 1/16" wider at the rear than when they are at 0 degrees. So each wheel should be pointed out only 1/32".

(I was thinking 1/8" total was about right but that's closer to 2 degrees)

See.. I crunched the #'s real quick just out of curiosity... in metric.

3.8" wheel = 303mm circumference, divided by 360 (degrees in a circle) = .84mm per degree. .84x2 wheels= 1.7mm wider than 0 degrees.
(1/16"= 1.6mm)

You could just remember 1mm = 1 degree (2mm total between the wheels)

Boy, that was fun. Lesson learned? Just go buy a setup board or eyeball it like I do. :D
