Yup thats her. I would not post a misleading pic of chics. That is too low even for me.
I am a bit worn out, the lipo deal is definately running me ragged.
It is more than dehydration it is also a build up of acetaldehyde which is a meatbolite of ethanol. You have to hydrate and eliminate the acetaldehyde. Chemicals which increase liver function such as Milk Thistle (silymarin) will help. The best thing to do is hydrate before you go out.
airborn. I take some every monday and wednesday for my 8am class....takes the pain off the stomach. but if you get SHIT FACED....your not gonna stop the puking
Drink a beer or two. Drink lots of water and go sleep.

NICE PHOTO. Enuff said. (married) Plenty of studies have been done on just this subject, and everyone of them say that it is the Dehydration that kills you. The ethonal seems to displace water in your system and the added fact that the ethonal build up in your bloodstream is killing cells as it travels through your body is not good either. Usually some kind of pain killer and a lot of water is the only thing that is recommended in this case. Of course I really like the idea shared earlier about taking Nyquil and sleeing it off. That sounds like your best bet in this condition as long as you do not have to be up for work the next morning. Most people figure out as aging sets in that drinking is not only a painful way to find fun, but also a waste of money since it all gets pissed right down the drain. Unfortunately for most we never realize the long term effects of heavy boozing are devistating to our liver, kidneys, and memory. Not to mention what it does to the ones we claim to love. I hope you feel better by now James.
