Usually some kind of pain killer and a lot of water is the only thing that is recommended in this case. Of course I really like the idea shared earlier about taking Nyquil and sleeing it off. That sounds like your best bet in this condition as long as you do not have to be up for work the next morning. Most people figure out as aging sets in that drinking is not only a painful way to find fun, but also a waste of money since it all gets pissed right down the drain. Unfortunately for most we never realize the long term effects of heavy boozing are devistating to our liver, kidneys, and memory. Not to mention what it does to the ones we claim to love. I hope you feel better by now James.

You make some very valid points. I have cut down alot, maybe drink 2-3 times a month. I do feel better (thanks for asking sweetie!) just a bit tired from a crappy night sleep. I have saved a bunch of money by cutting down, that is my rc money!

Yeah, dime a dozen though... I know alot, but only hang out with the non-bitches...
I got to know alot of women while I was single. I stayed single for 4 yrs, met 2-3 girls a night when I went out, which was 4-6 days a week back them! The good thing was that I new almost every female bartender in town, so I got serious drink hookups. Its nice when ladies buy your drinks all night! I would still spend at least 300 bucks a week...

Glad to hear that James. We can never have enough $$$$ for our hobby addictions. I know I can be kind of a downer when it comes to drinking. Believe me I have had my share duing my year traveling around the world as a sailor, and I have also seen a lot of damage due to it as well. Besides watching a lot of my friends ruin their marriages, relationships, careers, and even their lives I got to watch my father first hand destroy our lives while I was growing up, and finally end up dead with liver failure at an early age. So I have seen enough in my lifetime to know that it only creates painful suffering in the long run for everyone around you. Some may not want to hear it, but I have to share my experiences even if it only changes things for the good for one person.

I think chiropractors are the shizzle! My chiro, Dr Beck, helped me out big time. It took about 200 visits over 2 years, but I do not have any pain, and can exercise again. When I walked in I had a back brace and could not sit for longer than 5mins. Big help, and I did not have surgery on my back. I had a few of the cortisone epiderals (sp?) and they worked well too..

200 VISITS. That sounds more like an obsession or fatal attraction to me. Just plugging fun James. You could have let us know here on RCM. We could have gotten you drunk and hit you a few times with a baseball bat for much less. Probably too much time hunched over with your monkey butler.

Next time I see him I will do that. He did a damn god job getting the pain down in a few weeks. Problem was he was having to treat a stubborn bastard who had to really feel pain before he could stop picking heavy shit up and hurting himself!
Considering I am overweight (working on that) and have a reasonably hands on job I think he did a great job. Now if I have any issues i may give you a try (sounds kinda questionable especially since I am paying)...

Nah, I got hit by 2 cars, flipped a 4 wheeler on concrete, and repeatedly beat myself up at work... No butler monkey humping for me...

I was going to say that I could have done you quicker but with this group.....
Bobbie handles some pretty tough cases (compared to the usual chiro) and then he incorporates rehab, so that the hardheaded patient gets fixed for good instead of temporarily.
