Skip that I believe that HPI will have their own brushless Savage before XMAS...

Another novak... The motor mount looks decent though. I've got a few savage 25 parts around, maybe build one up.

Hope its not another lame incarnation of the E-Savage. That thing was useless....

It should be based on the real Savage for it to have any real appeal in the market.

I can't decide if its more fun

I'd love them to convert a XL and use a 1700kv MMM combo. That'll never happen.

Although...HPI have already used the SideWinder in their Firestorm Flux. It's possible that they might get the rights to use the MMM, though I wouldn't have thought Castle would be so eager to sell the rights of one of their flagship products.

The Speed Passion conversion looks a bit weak though, IMO. Motor mount looks decent as BL_RV0 said, but 4S just isn't enough gumption to give a big, heavy Savage any real panache.

Maybe not big enough for a savage, but the idiot forum kiddies might like it for their maxxes and erevos...

I can see it now:
"NEW SYSTEM OUT FOR E-REVOS AND E-MAXXES!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! It looks like there's a new system out on the market!! Now Novak has a competitor!" -Traxxas forums
(And the person that posted that will get many, many warning points because it's not traxxas-related.)
