I've been using this for about 4 months, and so far so good.

I dont think any of them are really much better than any other. As long as it catches anything that could happen to your pc, then its good, right?

I got tired of Nortons start up routines.

I have used spysweeper in the past with good results.

I currently use the full version of Norton 360 (which has spyware protection) and haven't had any bad experiences. My one gripe about Norton is that it is a resource hog and slows my computer down quite a bit.

I bought my daughter a cheap computer for Christmas and installed AVG...doesn't seem to slow her machine and it supposedly has many of the same protection features as Norton---does anybody else here use AVG?
