Hey guys, (first post)

I have an Associated Monster GT on my hands and its beggin to go Brushless. Ive seen Batfish's GT and it looks pretty amazing. I was hoping/wondering if anyone has any advice for me. I have some questions that I was hoping you guys could answer if you don't mind:

What kind of Brushless motor, and ESC would be good for someone running 12-16 cells?
Would a centre differencial suit the application well?
What are some brands that are very reliable in this market?

All help would be most appreciated

Thanks,
Funk

welcome to the forum freedom funk.

I put a emaxx tranny in mine. I run a 9xl on 14 cells. I don't race just bash it around. For a center diff I think a ofna mbx is the way to go for the fact you can run the plastic spur. I like the 10k oil in it for a monster truck.

Peace!

what he said :). yes, i would run a xl motor for sure because the mgt is pretty big truck. if you are not really concerned with runtime i would probably go with a 8xl for a little more power.
