I noticed i have a little torque twist on my crawler . Under power the LR wheel compress & the RF lifts . So i put thicker oil 60w in the LR & added more preload . It still has a little . There is no added weight in the FR wheels yet . It has duratrax 3 1/5 inch aluminum shocks . this is how my truck is set up now . Did i put the thicker oil in the right shock ?.
If you have not added weight to the front wheels yet it will make a huge difference in crawling ability. It will not help torque twist though. Usually some added preload on the right (not sure of the side, but it would be the side that compresses while going forwards) rear spring will help with torque twist. Some link setups do twist more than others though, my j-keeper does not really twist, even with the big outrunner...

Thats what i hear james . It's my LR that compresses under power & the RF lifts under power . I put thicker oil & added preload to the left RR . That helped but i would like to get it a little better . so i have to order stiffer springs from tower .
I just made my own 4 link using a piece of 5mm lexan for my son's AX 10. Works well, and didn't affect the crawling ability of the truck at all.

I use enough preload to keep the springs loaded when fully drooped. I also add internal springs to make the rig 50/50 droop/sprung. With the way that crawler is set up, you could stand up the rear shocks more too.
To try and combat the torque twist, you could bring your lower links in closer to center at the chassis side. You need to bring the roll center down a bit.
Your shocks are too short to have a 50/50 setup though, it is set up best for full compression.

What do you think about using hi clearence links on the FR ?.My crawler has the tcs 4 link convestion plates on the FR & RR the rear. Im running the asemetrical setup to help with the torque twist on the RR . How should i mount the FR upper links to the TCS plate, on the top or bottom or does it not matter ?.
