I have my first truggy, a Losi 8T and I am in the process of installing thier BL conversion kit an. A question I have is what is the most direct route to removing the center diff. I have tried removing the set screw at the rear driveline going into the rear diff and that didnt budge...now I am thinking about removing the rear diff assembly so the rear driveline slids off of the rear of the center diff
The drive shafts come out when the center diff is removed...normal. When reinstalling just insert center drive shafts into F& R diff line up holes in center diff w/chassis and you are done!

I was able to do as advised, worked out well, one thing that happened though was when I tried to change the spur I couldnt get the out drives off, I looked in the manual and it showed there to be a pin that secures the outdrive to the diff shaft, I couldnt see it at all, than I removed the 4 fasteners that secure the spur gear to the diff and ried to remove the sun gear, I didnt have any luck there so I reassembled the diff and went with the 48 tooth
- Remove the centre diff
- Unscrew the 4 screws on the spur gear
- On the reverse now of the spur gear should be the sun gear
- Remove this but pulling with pliers - May take some wiggling
- You will now see a pin which slides out
- Outdrive will now slide out
- Remove the rubber o-ring gently
- Remove the gasket gently
