Truggy - 03.03.2005, 06:24 PM

I would guess a truggy would be described as a truck mated with a buggy - hence the name " Truggy " - It actually is a 1/8 scale size buggy ( or longer as the lightning stadium is )with longer suspension arms with monster truck rims and tires. It gives the perfomance of an 1/8 scale with ground clearance and stability. And if you were wondering - I will not be running my 1/8 scale buggy this season because this truggy is absolutely awesome and so much fun to drive...

I've got a Hyper 7 with the JT racing conversion.
I've got a WS 7 II for it at the mo but I'm seriously looking at putting a Brushless system in it.

will post a pic soon

I have a stretched titanium chassised dominator, the HB Lightning Pro, and a few g-maxxes (kind of electric truggies!). I never really dug the buggy conversions, though.

The mammoth is definitely a MT
I always thought the definition of a Truggy is a vehicle with
A low center of gravity
Diffs that are mounted on top of the chassis
center diff
I may be wrong, but does the Mammoth have any of these? :D
