Another monster esc problem

My monster esc has a problem since yesterday. I can't calibrate it correctly. My motor running slowly forward if my throttle is neutral and when I give full brake the motor stops but never goes backward. I tried to calibrate it but when I launch the esc on full throttle it begans with it's classic flashing three leds and sound like normal powered but after that there's only solid yellow light and the esc's green light never blink for accepring the full throttle end point.Only solid yellow:(
What should I do ?
Note: Esc is not on race mode.

Not to point fingers are other components, but it sounds like you might have a radio issue there. If the ESC is not seeing a valid radio signal, it won't arm; but the yellow LED is solid so it is seeing some type of radio signal.

Do you have steering control on the vehicle?

If you do have steering control, try swapping the ESC and servo in the receiver; meaning put the speed control in the steering channel and the servo in the throttle channel. Power up the system as normal and see if the throttle trigger controls the servo. If it does not control the servo, you have a radio problem. If the servo does work, then the radio system is functioning correctly.

If you do not have steering, then it is either a radio or speed control problem. If you have a multimeter/voltmeter, check to see if the Monster's BEC is outputting voltage correctly. To test it, pull the speed control's receiver wire from the receiver and put your meter probes on the brown and red leads. You should read around 5.5 volts, if it is lower than this then it is an ESC problem. If it reads correctly, then it is most likely a radio issue.

Try these things out and we'll see if we can narrow this problem down.

Check your throttle trim, sounds like its been moved- hence why it always moves slowly forwards even at neutral.

Thanks thomas I'll try and inform you.I don't think it's something to do with the radio because I tried it on different radios.

Definitely check your throttle trim and make sure it's at 0. The only reason I was think it was something more serious is because the light doesn't change when he hits the throttle. Which would mean the radio isn't sending out a good signal on the throttle channel. We see it from time to time on some radios where just one channel conks out.

Sometimes trying a different radio system is the easiest way to test. Just toss a known good radio in place of the questionable one and see what happens. If it works, then the first radio is the problem. If it still doesn't work, you've got an ESC problem. Simple, quick and definitive.

My throttle trim is at 0. I checked this first. The radio works properly with another esc. But I'll try another radio on this weekend. I'll check the voltage of the receiver wire and let you know.

You can always test the radio by using a receiver battery and plugging a servo into the throttle channel on the receiver. If the servo moves when you move the throttle trigger then the radio is OK and the problem is either ESC or ESC calibration. If the servo doesn't move, then the problem is with TX programming or the receiver channel.

I talked to someone yesterday after getting my replacement, another is on the way which is great. the problem was when i plugged everything in to the reciever it would not arm, so i unplugged my coolong fan and still nothing then i unplugged my steering servos and it armed right up, then i pluggeg in the steering servos it lost power, thinking i had a problem with my servos i unplugged the monster and plugged in my reciever battery (6v) and everything worked fine, then i unplugged the battery and plugged the monster back in and same problem. i called and explained my problem and another replacement is on its way. afterwards i tried it with only one servo and it powered up but the voltage was weak as the servos turned very slowly with almost no torque. what would cause the bec to output less than ample power to the reciever? just never heard or anyone else having this problem so thought i would share it and im always up for learning something about my components. i am happy to report tech support was great as usual and i cant wait to get the new one hooked up before the snow comes.

Ok. I tried something that you said. I'm hundred percent sure my radio working correct and I measured the voltage on the receiver wire 5.82V so the the bec is OK too. After trying differnt solutions my problem changed a little. İf I first open the esc (not calibrating) it launchs with its classical ringing and blinking three leds and then only the red led begin to blink and the motor don't works on throttle or brake.This means that the esc need to be calibrated. If I try to calibrate the esc and launch it on full throttle it opens again with its classical ringing and blinking three leds and then there is only solid yellow. After the solid yellow led if I let the trigger to neutral position the motor moves forward.
I'm sure my radio is working properly and my throttle subtrim is at neutral. I need your help!

Hmm, hit it with a frying pan...

Stab in the dark... have you tried calibrating it after reversing the throttle on the transmitter? :/

Can anyone help me?

Put the esc into the servo slot and servo into throttle....

Try left and right to get full throttle and brake...

and trigger to get full range of steering
