Tightening... 1.25mm? - 02.26.2010, 08:06 AM

I've received and built my Slipper.

It's easy to do, very straight forward. Only small problem I had was getting the pin through the output in the diffcup. I had to shorten the pin by about 1mm to make it go in easier.

The bit that puzzles me is that it says to tighten it to 1.25mm... which seems REALLY tight, as aren't both the waved washers 1mm thick anyway? It would mean almost completely flattening them.

It's hard to tighten by hand but got it this far... I'll do it up more once it is in the truck.
