r1 and hotwire problem:( - 03.17.2010, 03:43 PM

I ınstalled my new received hotwire and made the settings. But when I unplug it all the leds of the esc is open at same time but not full bright. It's not arming and I can't calibrate it. My OS is windows xp and I think I did eveything right for installation. When I plug the esc to hotwire again my settings returns to default. My esc is not operating now and I need urgent help :(
