USPS Tracking: anyone ever see this?

I sold something on RC Tech, sent it out USPS First-Class with Delivery Confirmation. I thought it should have arrived by now, when I went to check the tracking this is what I got:

The buyer confirmed it is the correct address, and that he hasn't received anything yet. I always double and triple check that I have the address right before sending anything. Any ideas? Post office just screwing up?
