I think the diff cup is finally worn out. I shimmed it about 2 months ago after it fried the last set of spider gears. Only re-using the crown gear, and out-drives as I replaced the out-drives about 2 months ago, and the crown gear still looks perfect.

This happened on 3S power too, and not 6S on the street where I'd expect it to happen.
