mini revo batteries - 07.25.2012, 09:14 PM

Can anyone give me links to hobbyking packs (3s) that will fit in a mini revo?

or at least give me what dimensions I need to consider?

I'm trying to help a friend.

Thanks for any help.

The battery boxes for the 1/16 Revo are 101.9mm x 35.5mm x 20.3mm but the actual usable space is only about 90mm long because of the way Traxxas designs Revo battery boxes to taper off at a certain point.

I use the Traxxas ones and they work and fit perfectly but if you want to cut costs, HobbyKing would work too.

I looked on there for you and I found the perfect battery that they make specifically for that truck!

I use the nano-teck 2200mah 35-70c batteries in my mini summit. They fit the box, but I did have to trim a bit off the door for the wires to exit.
