Electrical Component ID help. - 03.04.2013, 10:44 AM

I'm trying to re-flash my FlySky GT3B Transmitter with the updated firmware. To do this I need a flash card thing (found it), and I need to solder on a 4 pin header to some mounting holes on the board in the Tx. I also need a 4 pin connecting wire, with plugs like servo plugs.

So here is where I'm asking for help. I'm trying to order the parts I need to do this from Digi-Key, but I'm not well versed on the technical names for these items.

What I need:

*4 pin header, 90 degree or straight, doesn't matter to me
*4 pin to 4 pin wire that'll go onto the header

I have already found the board to flash it with:

And the Voltage Regulator that I will be swapping out to make it more efficient.

Once I figure out what the header is called on Digi Key, and if they sell a plug/wires to go on the header there I'll be set!

Thanks for the help.
