XRAY NT1 Conversion thoughts - 09.03.2007, 10:00 PM

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about purchasing an XRAY NT1. I'm wondering if anyone's got any ideas of how difficult this will be of a brushless conversion, if anyone's got some photos/thoughts/links anything to help me out in solidifying my decision. Thanks -Steven

Anything can be converted with enough ingenuity and trial/error. Looking at all the pictures, it looks very possible, but you'll have to fab up some parts. The only "issue" I can see is that the belt for the front drive will probably force your lipo pack to one side. And you might have to find someone (Mike) to make a custom pinion to replace the one on there.

Looks like it'll be easier to do a t2'007, thanks for the input anyways.

you might be able to modify the already existing battery holder to hold a lipo of some sort. if they did make one that was the size of a 5 cell side by side(like an rx pack) but i dont know.
