T-maxx, I've seen that same infomercial! I'll probably see it again tonight since I'm off from work tomorrow and will probably be up watching TV at 4:00 AM again...

Anyways I think you need a combination of cardio and strength training. The cardio, like the P90X, gets you lean so that you look ripped when your muscles become larger from the strength training. You can't really get both without doing both. Take it from the guy who hardly ever works out, but is 5'11 180 lbs. and looks like he weighs 160.
