I was going to suggest this but I wasn't sure if he'd have the equipment. I'm on CF too, the exercises and WODs are awesome. I love myself some power cleans

tmaxxracer - You might want to consider reading a book about fitness. I've read New Rules of Lifting (good book) and I'm currently reading Starting Strength. SS is more advanced while NROL is for everyone and can get you well on your way into learning more about fitness, how you body responds to exercise, and how to do them properly.

Tmaxxracer - Try NROL. You sound like you want a Hypertrophy program and possibly a Strength program. This book has 3 phases of both.

After you do those and get more experienced and want to move on, get Starting Strength. There's all kinds of books and a few new ones coming out. Huge in a Hurry is Chad Waterbury's new book *officially* out in December although you can order now for a slightly higher price. I'll pick it up when it comes out.
