tmaxxracer - You might want to consider reading a book about fitness. I've read New Rules of Lifting (good book) and I'm currently reading Starting Strength. SS is more advanced while NROL is for everyone and can get you well on your way into learning more about fitness, how you body responds to exercise, and how to do them properly.

I thinks its pretty funny when you begin a workout and before/during/after the workout your cursing out some random girls name (nicole, helen, susie, becky, damn you!!!!)

BTW for those that don't know most of the workout on the website have girls's names
