Went for a test drive today. The only issue (big one) is that it won't start up on it's own from a stand still. Give it a slight nudge and it takes off. No problems once it gets started. From a stand still it will just shutter and rock back and forth until I physically push it. Kind of like a hung brush in a brushed motor, but with more drama.
Other than that it ran great, no extreme temperatures and no smoke. I will test out some of the Mamba's settings to see if I can get a better start up.
The batteries sure aren't the best, but I was quite surprised by the runtime. I drove for at least 15 minutes and the batteries still hadn't dumped. I will have some Intellect 3600's in next week.
Gearing is 14t pinion/66t spur.
