i noticed my motor was easy to come apart, and the resistance when spinning the motor shaft would go up as i tighten the can all the way up. i also noticed on the inside there were two washers(shimms) on the front side and none on the back side. i hooked everything up tonight just to make sure i didn't get any DOA and noticed some electronic beeping coming from the motor. could this be resistance from what i mentioned earlier? also i noticed i needed a bit of throtle to get the motor to start spinning. i'm worried that i need to adjust something inorder to reduce friction and burning more amps and my motor. its hooked up to a bk9920 on 5s2p of a123's.
