Eagle tree logger problems

I am opening a file that is on my computer. One session, and I have the proggy set to keep the file on my logger after download.


When I go back to reopen the file from my HD it shows zero data, like the file is empty.

I've just bought one, I hope this is not the sign of a bug of some kind. Does ET have any kind of support?

Is the file itself bigger than 0 bytes?
