Takes quite a bit of BEC current IMO - that's 0.7A. And if you overvolt the fan to the typical 6v, it probably will pull more current. Kinda high on your typical 3A BEC (or even UBEC).

And yes, I am one of those who never use fans, but I won't get into that debate again! Sometimes, just a little extra heatsinking is all that's needed.
