although they have not gotten it perfect i still think castle is one of the best companies as far as customer service goes. this will play a MAJOR role on how many people stay and how many people just leave and forget about CC.

What was that definition for insanity again?

Doing the exact same thing over again and expecting a different result....

Seriously though if they do get the bugs worked out its gonna be awesome, I was really impressed with my V2 until it decided it didnt want to turn on anymore.

I'd list it as "persistence and tenacity" on my resume

I feel castle should offer us a MM if we want it. I asked and was denied.

If the new Castle motors are efficient and I can get rid of my big wiring mess that cools my 7XL, an MM and one of those would be awesome and I bet would be good for 45mph on most setups. I'm still running the MM with the 7XL successfully with my bec until my MMM comes back. I'm up to 41mph with my SPC lipos and the MM handles all that power like a champ.
If Castle wants to send me the 2200 I would be glad to test it out for them and give the combo a good workout and report back. I can record amps, temps, speeds, etc etc. If not, I'm hoping they eventually decide to sell their new motors separately also.

Ok here are some pics of my setup. I'm hoping Brian isnt looking at this one. As you can see I need help. The novak heatsink with 2 40mm fans actually does a great job of cooling the motor. This is where the MMM combo will end up being such a great deal. An MM with a 7xl and BEC is going to be right in the price range of an MMM combo and you can get rid of all of this. The pic with the blue fan was the before shot with my MMM.
