I used the ProtoForm PF8 body. I have driven the car with both slicks and Ofna treaded tires. I think the treaded tires actually performed a little bit better. The slicks seemed to break loose really easy. I also have a DM-1 Spec...same body and tires. The DM-1 Spec goes for about $330 but is worth the extra $$$ as it handles superbly. The conversion process is a tad more work intensive but not bad. It requires drilling a couple extra holes in the chassis to properly mount the batt tray.
