^^ yes make that a few more puffs and you will be set, no better medicine as far as im concerned.
I consider myself very lucky in that i dont get hangovers for some reason, one night last year i had at least 17 beers + lots of "puff"s and no hangover.

I just try to drink less but that is easier said than done sometimes. The old saying "lets go out for just one" never really works for me...

best defense is a good offense. stay drunk = no hangover :)
mineral water is the simplest. if you have just regular water then get some chicken/beef broth
next time before you pass out / go to sleep drink at least two big glasses of water

All great info guys! I drank some water and OJ, and managed to get to sleep after I posted this thread. Wifey got some pizza from the PAPA and I had a slice of that. I also found out that I was a little "friendly" with a buddy of mine's sister... I really do not remember much of the later part of the night, no harm no foul I guess.
I did not realize the back of the head/neck pain was due to dehydration. I had a little cure when I was full on drinking in my college days, just remembered it. I used to get a 20oz glass of lukewarm tap water and throw a few alka-seltzer in it. I would drink that before going to bed, and feel fine the next day.
I also did not drink any water at the bar last night, and i usually try to end the night with a few glasses before I go home. I only live about 1 mile from the bar area, but I usually drive so I try to stop ahead of time and drink water. Not last night, the bar owner was feeding me crown and coke like he had a surplus, and we were all taking shots too...
Funny thing is i did not even feel like going out last night, but I guess I had a good time when I got out there...
Thanks forthe tips fellas, I will be giving pedialite a try. I find if I drink too much water the next morning I just end up tossing my cookies....

I use EmergenC or Airborne. Taking one before drinking works best, but afterwards will work too. Works like alka seltzer but you get a ton of B vitamins too.
There's two sides to every schwartz, he got the up side and I got the down side.

I drink those daily at work. I think they are pretty good. I will be going to work later, so I will have to knock one back!

In addition to rehydrating, I'm suprised no one mentioned spices. Hot pepper's and such will help your body release some kind of endorphines that will help you feel better. My post drunk breakfast was always bisquits and gravy smothered in tobasco sauce.

Wow Rick, looks like your diet is working, however I think you looked better as a brunette. The platinum blonde hair just does not go with your skin tone...
Check out this pick that Rick took on vacation, I think you guys will agree with me!
