A cold air setup is usually a good upgrade. Not sure if it will do much though... As for flowmasters, might want to try a turbo style muffler, they sound better on non-v8 engines, at least to me.

But they have a limited exaust judging by how small the muffler intake and tip are. Will that limit power? What exactly is the benefit to having a turbo style over a regular cherry bomb can power wise? Im looking at 2in exaust tubing "custom welded" if I cannot find an exuast setup for the 900s or if the price for one is to high.

A 2-2.5" diameter should do fo that vehicle... It is not pushing 600bhp...
