So when you turn on your RX battery pack/UBEC, the ESC will not run the motor, but the servos will work. At that point, turn the ESC on, then back off again. When you run the car, always have the ESC off.

Why is this information not included in the "Using a Reciever Battery Pack" section of the instructions....?
Just spent a good 2 or 3 hours trying to figure out why the ESC wouldnt come on after following the directions in the manual.
