No idea how Neu motors are made, but i never seen a Neu motor fail in Czech Republic.
For 1/8 scale racers few dollars more for more reliable motor should not be an issue as T8 motors are $170 and Neu 1415 is just $180

Is the Neu 1415 a "closed design" motor or are there holes on the back.
