Who stays and who goes?

One positive thing about investing in a college fund, like the GET program, is that it will guarantee tuition rates - which in my eyes is a huge savings. I wish I had been able to do that for my step daughter, but at the time, I was paying support on my birth daughter, and just didn't have the extra funds.
